Privacy Policy

What Information We Collect
When you fill out our contact or discovery form, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any project details you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver our services.
If you book a call through Cal.com, your scheduling information (name, email, selected time) is handled directly by Cal.com under their own privacy policy.
Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers — Stripe handles all payment data under PCI-DSS standards.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, send project proposals, process payments, and fulfill the services outlined in our agreement with you.
We may use your email address to send transactional messages related to your project (e.g., proposal delivery, invoice, launch confirmation). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
SMS Text Alerts & Mobile Data
If you subscribe to our SMS Text Alert program through the opt-in form at gitworkdone.com/sms-alerts, we collect your mobile phone number, the date and time you provided consent, the exact consent language you agreed to, and technical details such as your IP address and browser/device information. We retain these records as proof of your opt-in consent, as required for compliance with applicable telecommunications regulations (including the TCPA and wireless-carrier requirements).
We use your mobile number only to send the messages you signed up for — project updates, appointment reminders, preview and proposal notifications, and occasional offers — and to manage your enrollment (for example, processing STOP and HELP requests). Messages are delivered through Twilio, our SMS messaging provider, which processes your number solely to transmit these messages on our behalf under its own privacy policy (twilio.com/legal/privacy).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as Twilio, our SMS messaging provider, is permitted solely to carry out the SMS program. All other use case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. Full program terms (message types, frequency, and message-and-data-rate disclosures) are described in our Terms of Service. To request deletion of your mobile opt-in records, contact us at design@gitworkdone.com.
GitDial SMS Text Alerts & Mobile Data
When a caller consents verbally during a phone call to receive a text message from GitDial, we collect and store: the phone number the caller called from, the content and timestamp of the text message sent, and a record of the call (recording and/or transcript) during which consent was given, as proof of opt-in.
This mobile information — phone numbers and consent records collected through GitDial — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes, and is never used to send marketing or promotional messages. It is used solely to deliver the specific transactional message (appointment confirmation or callback request) the caller consented to receive.
Callers may opt out of future GitDial messages at any time by replying STOP, or by requesting removal by contacting support@gitworkdone.com.
Do We Sell Your Data?
No. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes — ever.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our business. Each processes data under their own privacy policy:

• Twilio — SMS text message delivery (twilio.com/legal/privacy)

Cookies & Analytics
Our site uses Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (page views, navigation patterns). Vercel Analytics is privacy-friendly — it does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your Rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of your data (we do not sell data).
Regardless of where you live, you can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond within 30 days.
Data Retention
We retain project-related information (contact details, proposals, invoices) for up to 3 years after project completion for accounting and legal purposes. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us directly.
