SMS Compliance — GitDial

GitDial SMS Consent Documentation

This page documents how end users consent to receive text messages from GitDial, an AI voice-receptionist product operated by GitWorkDone LLC. It serves as opt-in proof for GitDial's A2P 10DLC text-messaging campaign.

Last updated: July 14, 2026

Program summary

Program: GitDial Appointment Confirmations — transactional, call-triggered text messages only. Not marketing. Not recurring.

Message types: appointment/booking confirmations, and callback requests when a caller could not be reached live.

Frequency: one message per call or appointment. No recurring or scheduled messaging.

Messaging provider: Twilio. Operated by: GitWorkDone LLC, product: GitDial.

How customers opt in

  1. 1

A caller phones a business that uses GitDial's AI phone receptionist.

  2. 2

During the call, if the caller requests or confirms an appointment, the AI agent verbally offers to send a one-time text confirmation.

  3. 3

The AI agent reads the full consent disclosure (see “Consent language” below) — including message purpose, message-and-data-rate notice, and HELP/STOP instructions — before requesting consent.

  4. 4

The caller must respond affirmatively (“yes”) before any message is sent. If the caller declines or does not respond affirmatively, no message is sent.

  5. 5

Consent is logged with the call recording/transcript, call timestamp, and the phone number the caller called from, as proof of opt-in.

  6. 6

A single transactional SMS confirming the appointment (or requesting a callback) is sent to the number the caller called from.

No message is ever sent to a number that has not just completed a live, verbally-consenting call with a GitDial-powered agent.

Consent language (verbal script)

The exact script the AI voice agent reads aloud and must receive affirmative consent to before sending any text message:

AI Agent: “As part of confirming your appointment, we can send you a one-time text message with your appointment details. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. You can reply HELP for help, or STOP at any time to opt out. Our Terms of Service are available at gitworkdone.com/terms and our Privacy Policy at gitworkdone.com/privacy. Would you like us to text you that confirmation — yes or no?”

Caller: “Yes please.”

AI Agent: “Great, we'll send that text over shortly.”

Consent to receive a text message is not a condition of receiving service from the business the caller called. Callers who decline are still fully served by the AI receptionist; they simply will not receive a text.
